3 Steps You Should Do to Make Change Simple

CHANGE SIMPLEChange can be really freaking hard.

Are you shocked that I actually said that?

Well, it’s true and we all know it.

That’s why when Ana Melikan of the Mindset Zone asked me to be on her show to talk about how to “shift” in stead of change, I just had to do it!

Check out our interview where I talk about:

  • Why you should remove the word “change” from your vocabulary
  • How-to make shifts that produce long lasting results
  • 3 Simple Steps to Start Shifting (Focus – Meaning – Plan)

So what’s your shift?

Create your own mini-mantra… that statement that will keep you uber-focused and going when the shit starts hitting the fan:

“I want X so I can get Y with/without Z.”

Be sure to fill in all of the blanks…

  • X= If you could focus on something thing for the next month, what would it be?
  • Y = What could you do if you had more of X (positive spin)? What could happen for you if you had less of X (negative spin)?  Either way gives you some meaning to work with.
  • Z = What might you gain/avoid if you achieved X?

Summing it up:

Shifting is easier than change, but it can still be awfully darn hard to get started.  So let me help you shorten the learning curve.  Click here to get access to the 14-day ecourse where I show you how to make small shifts in how you spend your time that will lead to BIG permanent improvements in any area of your life.

Life’s short.  So, make shi(f)t happen!
